This project was part of a government procurement program for a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The plant was already operating with a biological + MBR process, and required replacement of aging membrane curtains to maintain system performance.
Instead of rebuilding the system, the client selected membrane replacement to upgrade the existing treatment process.
The client provided technical specifications including membrane fiber and module parameters. Based on these requirements, membrane curtains were manufactured and supplied for system replacement.
A total of 5 batches of MBR membrane curtains were delivered and installed in the existing MBR system.
The supplied membrane curtains were directly integrated into the existing wastewater treatment system, replacing the old membranes without modifying the original process
Uma estação municipal de tratamento de águas residuais no Turquemenistão actualizou o seu sistema MBR existente, substituindo as antigas cortinas de membrana. Um total de 5 lotes de membranas MBR foram fornecidos e colocados em funcionamento com sucesso, apoiando o desempenho estável do sistema.
Um projeto de tratamento de águas residuais farmacêuticas na Tailândia adoptou um processo biológico MBBR. O sistema trata 40m³/d de águas residuais e suporta uma descarga estável de acordo com os requisitos do projeto.
