This project was part of a government procurement program for a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The plant was already operating with a biological + MBR process, and required replacement of aging membrane curtains to maintain system performance.
Instead of rebuilding the system, the client selected membrane replacement to upgrade the existing treatment process.
The client provided technical specifications including membrane fiber and module parameters. Based on these requirements, membrane curtains were manufactured and supplied for system replacement.
A total of 5 batches of MBR membrane curtains were delivered and installed in the existing MBR system.
The supplied membrane curtains were directly integrated into the existing wastewater treatment system, replacing the old membranes without modifying the original process
Une station municipale de traitement des eaux usées au Turkménistan a modernisé son système MBR existant en remplaçant les anciens rideaux de membranes. Au total, cinq lots de membranes MBR ont été fournis et mis en service avec succès, ce qui a permis de stabiliser les performances du système.
Un projet de traitement des eaux usées pharmaceutiques en Thaïlande a adopté un processus biologique MBBR. Le système traite 40 m³/j d'eaux usées et permet un rejet stable conformément aux exigences du projet.
