Projet de traitement de l'eau de puits de 23m³/h en Roumanie

Aperçu du projet

Project Name: Well Water Drinking Project
Location: Romania
Year: March 2019
Capacity: 23 m³/h

Contexte du projet

The raw water source was well water with multiple parameters exceeding drinking water standards, including turbidity, ammonia, chloride, residual chlorine, total bacteria, nitrite, and nitrate.

Among these, turbidity was significantly high, while other indicators were slightly above standard limits, requiring a combined treatment approach.

Well Water Drinking Project

Solution de traitement

A combined Ultrafiltration (UF) + Reverse Osmosis (RO) system was adopted to address different water quality issues effectively.

UF System Capacity: 11 m³/h
RO System Capacity: 12 m³/h
Total Output: 23 m³/h (mixed water for drinking use)
The system was designed as a containerized integrated solution (40” HQ), enabling compact installation, easy transportation, and fast deployment.

Process Description

UF System Process
Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Quartz Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Security Filter → UF System → Product Water Tank

RO System Process
Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Quartz Sand Filter → Security Filter → RO System → Product Water Tank

A shared cleaning system (CIP) is used for both UF and RO systems
The system is equipped with automatic electrical control

Principaux résultats

System recovery rate: 74.2%
Effective removal of turbidity, bacteria, and suspended solids
Reduction of nitrate, nitrite, and chloride through RO
Stable drinking water quality achieved
