The project was an upgrade of an existing textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant. To improve treatment performance, the original secondary sedimentation tank was converted into an MBR membrane tank.
Textile dyeing wastewater usually requires stable solid-liquid separation and reliable effluent control. By applying an MBR retrofit solution, the plant improved its treatment process without rebuilding the entire system.
An MBR system upgrade solution was designed for the existing process. The project used 12 sets of membrane modules, with each set providing 1000㎡ of membrane area. Each membrane curtain has an area of 20㎡, and each cassette contains 50 curtains.
This retrofit approach allowed the original treatment process to be upgraded by replacing the secondary sedimentation function with membrane separation, helping improve effluent stability and treatment efficiency.

The upgraded system uses MBR membrane separation to strengthen solid-liquid separation and support more stable effluent quality.

اعتمد مشروع معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي الصيدلانية في تايلاند عملية MBBR البيولوجية. يعالج النظام 40 متر مكعب/اليوم من مياه الصرف الصحي ويدعم التصريف المستقر وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
