Background del progetto
This project was designed for a large municipal domestic wastewater treatment application. The incoming water quality was relatively stable, with BOD < 20mg/L and SS < 30mg/L. After UF treatment, the water was required to meet RO feed water conditions.

Soluzione di trattamento
The UF system was designed as the key membrane filtration section of the project. The pretreatment before UF and the advanced treatment after UF were handled by the project contractor, while the UF section was designed to provide stable filtration performance before the RO stage.
The system includes 12 UF units, each with a production capacity of 240m³/h. The total UF output reaches 68,000m³/d, with a UF recovery rate of 90%.

Flusso di processo
Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Pretreatment → UF System → UF Water Tank
