Contexte du projet
This project was designed for wastewater treatment from a pharmaceutical production facility. Based on the wastewater analysis and discharge requirements provided by the client, a suitable biological treatment process was required to ensure stable operation and compliance.
Pharmaceutical wastewater often contains complex organic components, requiring efficient biological treatment and stable process control.

Solution de traitement
After technical analysis and calculation, an MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) process was selected for this project. The system adopts an integrated design to simplify installation and operation.
The treatment system includes:
- Anaerobic tank
- Anoxic tank
- Oxic tank
- Sedimentation tank
- Clean water tank
MBBR media are installed in the anoxic and oxic tanks to enhance biological treatment efficiency.
Déroulement du processus
Anaerobic Tank → Anoxic Tank → Oxic Tank (MBBR) → Sedimentation Tank → Clean Water Tank
Sludge Treatment
Excess sludge generated during the treatment process is discharged through the sludge outlet and treated using a plate filter press. The resulting sludge cake is regularly removed for disposal.
