Contexte du projet
This project was designed for wastewater treatment from a large chicken farm in Malaysia. The wastewater needed to be treated to meet discharge requirements before being released into nearby water bodies.
Livestock wastewater typically contains organic pollutants and requires stable biological treatment combined with reliable solid-liquid separation.

Solution de traitement
The system adopts a biological treatment combined with MBR technology, including:
- Equalization tank
- Anoxic tank
- Oxic tank
- MBR tank
- Clean water tank
The MBR system installed in the MBR tank was supplied by our company, providing membrane separation to improve effluent stability.
The total membrane area is 360㎡, and the system is equipped with PLC automatic control for stable and convenient operation.
