Design & Structural Features:

·Curtain-Type Flexibility: The curtain design allows the PVDF hollow fiber bundles to sway freely during the aeration process. This continuous movement effectively scours the membrane surface, significantly reducing sludge accumulation and fouling.
·Robust Header Potting: The membrane fibers are securely potted into the collection headers using advanced casting techniques. This ensures a leak-free seal between the fibers and the permeate collection channel, preventing raw sewage from bypassing the membrane.
·High-Density Packing: Our precise manufacturing process allows for a high density of fibers per element, maximizing the effective membrane area and ensuring a high water yield without increasing the physical footprint.
