Ar\u0131tma performans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla, orijinal ikincil \u00e7\u00f6keltme havuzu bir MBR membran havuzuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Tekstil boyama at\u0131k sular\u0131 genellikle istikrarl\u0131 bir kat\u0131-s\u0131v\u0131 ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir bir at\u0131k su kontrol\u00fc gerektirir. MBR modernizasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn uygulanmas\u0131yla tesis, t\u00fcm sistemi yeniden in\u015fa etmeden ar\u0131tma s\u00fcrecini iyile\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<h2>Tedavi \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc<\/h2>\n<p>Mevcut tesis i\u00e7in bir MBR sistem y\u00fckseltme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc tasarland\u0131. Projede, her biri 1000 \u33a1 membran alan\u0131 sa\u011flayan 12 set membran mod\u00fcl\u00fc kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Her bir membran perdesinin alan\u0131 20 \u33a1 olup, her kaset 50 perde i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu modernizasyon yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, ikincil \u00e7\u00f6keltme i\u015fleminin membran ay\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemiyle de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi yoluyla mevcut ar\u0131tma s\u00fcrecinin iyile\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flad\u0131 ve bu sayede ar\u0131tma suyunun kalitesinin istikrarl\u0131
