Antecedentes do projeto<\/h2>\n

This project was part of a government procurement program for a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The plant was already operating with a biological + MBR process, and required replacement of aging membrane curtains to maintain system performance.<\/p>\n

Instead of rebuilding the system, the client selected membrane replacement to upgrade the existing treatment process.<\/p>\n

The client provided technical specifications including membrane fiber and module parameters. Based on these requirements, membrane curtains were manufactured and supplied for system replacement.<\/p>\n

A total of 5 batches of MBR membrane curtains were delivered and installed in the existing MBR system.<\/p>\n
