Para melhorar o desempenho do tratamento, o tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1rio original foi convertido num tanque de membrana MBR.<\/p>\n<p>As \u00e1guas residuais de tinturaria t\u00eaxtil requerem normalmente uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido est\u00e1vel e um controlo fi\u00e1vel dos efluentes. Ao aplicar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de retrofit MBR, a f\u00e1brica melhorou o seu processo de tratamento sem reconstruir todo o sistema.<\/p>\n<h2>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamento<\/h2>\n<p>Foi concebida uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema MBR para o processo existente. O projeto usou 12 conjuntos de m\u00f3dulos de membrana, com cada conjunto fornecendo 1000\u33a1 de \u00e1rea de membrana. Cada cortina de membrana tem uma \u00e1rea de 20\u33a1, e cada cassete cont\u00e9m 50 cortinas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta abordagem de reequipamento permitiu que o processo de tratamento original fosse atualizado atrav\u00e9s da substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria pela separa\u00e7\u00e3o por membranas, ajudando a melhorar a estabilidade do efluente e a
