The project was designed for daily domestic sewage generated by a hotel in Indonesia, with a treatment volume of 400m³/d. According to local environmental requirements, the wastewater needed to be treated before discharge into nearby water areas.
Because the project was located in a hotel environment, the system needed to consider stable operation, convenient maintenance, low daily operating cost, and minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
The treatment process combines oil separation, A2O, and MBR technology. This process is suitable for hotel domestic sewage and supports stable effluent quality with relatively simple operation.
The main equipment adopts a steel structure. To reduce environmental and sanitation impact, the project used a fully buried structure, with soil covering on the top. Plants, flowers, and lawn can be arranged above the system to improve the surrounding landscape.
The civil construction work, including the regulating tank and equipment room, was handled by the customer. The supplied scope included 4 integrated wastewater treatment units with a total treatment capacity of 400m³/d. On-site personnel were arranged to guide the installation, while the customer was responsible for construction and installation work.

Un impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue municipali in Turkmenistan ha aggiornato il suo sistema MBR esistente sostituendo le vecchie barriere a membrana. Sono stati forniti 5 lotti di membrane MBR, che sono stati messi in funzione con successo e che hanno garantito prestazioni stabili del sistema.
Un progetto di trattamento delle acque reflue farmaceutiche in Tailandia ha adottato un processo biologico MBBR. Il sistema tratta 40 m³/d di acque reflue e supporta uno scarico stabile secondo i requisiti del progetto.
