Pour am\u00e9liorer les performances du traitement, le r\u00e9servoir de s\u00e9dimentation secondaire d'origine a \u00e9t\u00e9 converti en un r\u00e9servoir \u00e0 membrane MBR.<\/p>\n<p>Les eaux us\u00e9es des teintureries textiles n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une s\u00e9paration solide-liquide stable et un contr\u00f4le fiable des effluents. En appliquant une solution de modernisation MBR, l'usine a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 son processus de traitement sans reconstruire l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution de traitement<\/h2>\n<p>Une solution de mise \u00e0 niveau du syst\u00e8me MBR a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour le processus existant. Le projet a utilis\u00e9 12 ensembles de modules membranaires, chaque ensemble fournissant 1000\u33a1 de surface de membrane. Chaque rideau de membrane a une surface de 20\u33a1, et chaque cassette contient 50 rideaux.<\/p>\n<p>Cette approche de modernisation a permis d'am\u00e9liorer le processus de traitement original en rempla\u00e7ant la fonction de s\u00e9dimentation secondaire par une s\u00e9paration par membrane, ce qui a permis d'am\u00e9liorer la stabilit\u00e9 des effluents et l'efficacit\u00e9 du
